The Support Worker Role


We want our support workers to build professional and good relationships with service users, families and health professionals along with our other colleagues.   When recruiting support workers we always look for individuals to be flexible, have a supporting nature and a person-centred approach.


Working for Cheshire Care can be fast paced and hands on, however we offer full time and part time positions with flexible working hours 24 hours a day over 7 days a week, to try and suit the needs of our employees as well as ensuring all our service users are supported appropriately. In addition to flexible working hours, employees are also entitled to 20 days holiday, dependent on the number of hours in which you work and the statutory bank holidays.


There are also opportunities for progression within the company, primarily to team leader positions for suitable applicants with the chance to undertake an NVQ in team leader.
